Commercial Refrigeration Regional Manager
Johnstone Supply / The Grimme Group, recognized leaders in wholesale distribution of HVACR equipment and supplies, are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable individual to grow our Commercial Refrigeration Sales business in the combined MSA markets of Cincinnati, Indianapolis and Charleston, WV.
Primary responsibilities:
Research customer needs and develop marketing plans, develop and deliver sales presentations; effective planning and sales forecasting, champion a high level of organizational knowledge and expertise, work with Johnstone branch locations’ personnel to achieve desired results in the respective market place.
Position Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing or management plus three or more years sales experience of commercial refrigeration products to the contractor trades, OEM’s, and industrial and institutional markets.
- Excellent oral and written skills including formal presentation skills for small and large groups.
- Demonstrated ability in: problem solving, negotiation, closing the sale, and developing long-term plans and programs.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships
